Full-Auto Calibration
A1 mini handles various calibrations all by itself. For EVERY print job, it automatically and carefully calibrates the Z-offset, bed-level, vibration resonance, and nozzle pressure.
Auto Z-Offset
To determine the exact z-offset, the A1 mini uses its nozzle to probe the bed. No need to stick a paper as reference.
Auto Vibration Calibration
A1 mini’s toolhead and heatbed are equipped with sensors. One of the very first bed-slinger printers to run auto resonance calibration on both X & Y axes.
Auto Flow Dynamics
The nozzle pressure based flow dynamics calibration method is executed by the A1 mini, the first of its type. The A1 mini manages Pressure Advanced calibration automatically, so there’s no need to manually pick and match or design any patterns.
Auto Belt Tension
By calibrating the vibration frequency, the A1 mini can automatically check the belt tension. The HMS system will alert you to use the auto belt tensioner to adjust the belt tension if it is loose.
Print Smooth At Every Corner, Always
The A1 mini transforms 3D printing flow control. The pressure inside the nozzle is measured by means of a high-resolution, high-frequency eddy current sensor. In order to extrude precisely, our algorithm actively adjusts the flow rate based on the readings.
High-speed Precision
Full-metal Rails, Rigid frame, nozzle pressure sensor, accelerometers, powerful MCU, and above all, an advanced motion control system that utilizes these features to print a 14-minute benchy with quality and following all the speed benchy rules straight out of the box without using specialized filaments.
