Shipping Methods

Delivery At your Place or courier spot near you

All orders entered during business days until 12:00, are processed on the same day with scheduled delivery on the next business day. If the order is registered after 12:00, it is considered as an order of the next business day. (In both cases, given that all products that are readily available at our warehouse). Orders entered on Friday after 12.00, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Delivery Times:

Our company does its best to get your order to you as quickly as possible within 24 -72 hrs within Cyprus. Public holidays and cases of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions, strikes etc. are excluded from the above terms.

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns
